As you are aware, D'Mor Couture's items are handmade and produced in very limited quantities; therefore, returns are not offered, unless due to manufacturing defect in the fabrication of the item. If there is a concern, you must contact us with us within (7) days of delivery, and we will work with you regarding the issue. The item must be approved for return, and a store credit will be issued minus a (20) % restocking fee. No cash value will be refunded.

You will be responsible to pay any additional amount, taxes and shipping for new purchases.
No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be retrieved within seven (7) days of delivery of your merchandise. You must contact D’Mor Couture for this number. PACKAGES RECEIVED WITHOUT PROIR RETURN APPROVAL AND WITHOUT THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

​Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Worn, broken or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects of D’Mor Couture cannot be returned.
Once you have received approval for a return, instructions and the Return Authorization (RA) number will be emailed to you.
